If your device has been lost, follow the steps below:

Step 1: On your PC, visit website
Step 2: Login your iCloud account

Step 3: In the main interface, select Find iPhone
Step 4: Select your device if you have logged your account in multiple devices
Here, you will see your device on a map if your device is connected to the network

Step 5: There are 3 modes for you to choose

- Play Sound: This feature will be useful for you to find the iPhone in a close range. For example, you leave it somewhere in your house or company, ect, you can select this feature for the iPhone to play ringtone even if you activate the vibration mode.

- Loss mode: lock the screen if you have previously installed a password and notify the person having your the device your personal information so that you can retrieve the device
Enter the phone number for those who picked up you device to contact you. Choose Next
Write a message to those who picked up your device. Press Done
Now, your device will display a message and your phone number on the lock screen
Note: This feature only works if your device is connected to the network. In case your device is not connected to network, you can still perform the steps above. When your device is connected to network, the command will display immediately

- Delete iPhone: In case you cannot retrieve your device, use Delete iPhone to delete all your personal data to avoid bad situation.
