You do not know why the list of friends on facebook is included in your phonebook. This makes your phonebook become confusing and more difficult to use. Thus, how to eliminate Facebook friend list.
Even when you delete Facebook application out of the device, your phonebook is still unchanged.

The cause is you have synchronized contact list on facebook in the setting of the device. Therefore, you need to turn it off.

To delete Facebook contact in iPhone, follow below steps:

Step 1: Access Setting > Facebook (Not being Facebook application on the Menu screen)
Step 2: Switch the button at contact which is currently turned on to off mode.
Now, return to the phonebook, you will see that your friend list on Facebook has been eliminated from iPhone. With just several simple setting, you have been able to eliminate Facebook contact list out of your iPhone. You can still restore the friend list when necessary.
